Life Coaching - Finding Your Balance

About
My name is Faron Cahoon
Son of William Cahoon and Cindy Jones (Andrews), and father to two incredible daughters, Tessa and Andy. I am proud to be Secwepemc from the Splatsin Band in Enderby, BC.
My journey to becoming a life coach began during one of the hardest chapters of my life. In 2019, my wife of 20 years was diagnosed with a rare cancer, Ewing Sarcoma. After two years of treatments and battles during the pandemic, she passed away in 2021. Losing her was devastating for me and our daughters.
That loss led me into a deep journey of self-discovery. Through personal growth, working with a Tony Robbins life coach, and completing Mandy Morris’ Energy, Mind, Emotion (EME) Integration program, I found healing, balance, and a new perspective on life.
Today, I help others find clarity, purpose, and alignment in their own lives. If any part of my story resonates with you, I would love to support you on your journey.

My Approach
1
Initial Meeting
The first meeting is a relaxed conversation where we get to know each other. It’s a chance for you to share who you are, where you’re at in life, and what goals or changes you may be looking for. There’s no set agenda — we simply talk openly and see where the conversation leads. This session helps us determine how I can best support you on your personal journey.
2
Disscussion
The discussion session is the next step after our initial meeting. During this time, we take a deeper look at the goals, challenges, or areas of growth you shared. Together, we explore your thoughts, perspectives, and possible paths forward in a supportive and open environment. These sessions are about gaining clarity, building awareness, and beginning to shape a direction that feels right for you.
3
Finding Your Balance
This step focuses on discovering the direction that feels right for you. Through reflection and guidance, we work together to help you gain clarity, confidence, and a stronger sense of purpose. Your journey doesn’t end here — this is just the beginning of moving forward on a path that truly aligns with who you are.
