Refund Policy

At Cedar Hill Experiences, we aim to provide meaningful and well-prepared experiences for every guest. Because many of our services require advance scheduling and preparation, the following refund policy applies.

 

Session Bookings (Life Coaching & Equine Experiences)

 

Cancellations made 24 hours or more before the scheduled session are eligible for a full refund or may be rescheduled for a future date.

 

Cancellations made within 24 hours of the scheduled session are not be eligible for a refund but may be rescheduled depending on availability.

 

Arena Rentals

 

Arena rental bookings cancelled 24 hours in advance are eligible for a full refund or credit toward a future booking.

 

Cancellations made with less than 24 hours notice are not eligible for a refund.

 

Overnight Horse Stall Rentals

 

Refunds for overnight horse stall rentals will follow the same refund policy as the associated Airbnb accommodation booking. Please refer to the cancellation policy listed on the Airbnb reservation for full details.

 

Weather & Safety

 

If Cedar Hill Experiences needs to cancel or reschedule a session due to severe weather, safety concerns, or animal welfare, guests will be offered the option to reschedule or receive a full refund.

 

Late Cancellations & No-Shows

 

Cancellations made with less than 24 hours notice are considered late cancellations and no refunds will be issued. If payment has not yet been made, the full booking amount will still be owed.

 

Guests who fail to arrive for their scheduled booking without notice will also be responsible for the full booking amount.

 

Refund Processing

 

Approved refunds may take 5–10 business days to process depending on the payment provider.
